A finite element model of a representative volume element is implemented in order to consider the influence of the size of the particles, the particle volume fraction, mixed mode conditions at the interface and the presence of residual stresses. It is also shown how this approach can be used in order to analyze experimental data for the identification of the interfacial fracture parameters. %G English %2 https://hal.science/hal-03385355/document %2 https://hal.science/hal-03385355/file/Particle_V9.pdf %L hal-03385355 %U https://hal.science/hal-03385355 %~ CEA %~ UNIV-BREST %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE %~ CNRS %~ UNIV-UBS %~ ENSAM %~ UBS %~ IJLRDA %~ ENIB %~ DSV %~ DAM %~ INC-CNRS %~ IRDL %~ CEA-DRF %~ SORBONNE-UNIVERSITE %~ SORBONNE-UNIV %~ I2M-BX %~ SU-SCIENCES %~ INRAE %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE-MECA %~ ARTS-ET-METIERS-SCIENCES-ET-TECHNOLOGIES %~ TEST-HALCNRS %~ SU-TI %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE-PTR5-IRDL %~ ALLIANCE-SU %~ TEST2-HALCNRS %~ RESEAU-EAU
