Due to technological progress in space studies, we have seen an increase of deployment of GPS in several oceanographic applications such as remote sensing, kinematic measurements, ocean surface monitoring and altimetry, wave height, and current direction estimation. Referring to the project MOPS (Marine Opportunity Passive System), we aim to develop a measurement platform dedicated to receive scattered signals by sea surface, in order to extract the reflected GPS signals. %G English %L hal-00955093 %U https://hal.science/hal-00955093 %~ UNIV-BREST %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE %~ CNRS %~ UNIV-UBS %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE-STIC %~ TELECOM-BRETAGNE %~ ENIB %~ LAB-STICC_ENIB %~ LAB-STICC %~ LAB-STICC_TB %~ LAB-STICC_IMTA_CID_TOMS %~ IMTA_ITI %~ LAB-STICC_IMTA %~ IMT-ATLANTIQUE %~ PRACOM %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM
